Hi Michael, I'm glad to assist you. It is at the front of the vehicle. By the condenser, on the driver's side, just after the radiator. Unplug the socket connector first. On top of the cylindrical AC dryer on the left side of the front grill in front of the radiator, visible and accessible without removing any parts, just lift the hood.

No, You system is either low in freon or over charge in freon or there is a blockage in the flow of freon in teh A/C system. These switch eiher works or completley fail.
