Question: Does it come prefilled with oil? Or do I add the oil to the compressor?Gerardo / Nov 05, 2021
Hi Gerardo, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, it is. But, manufacturers recommend that you drain the "shipping oil" and refill with "proper oil" ahead of installation. The other purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealer's shelves, retailers' stores, and in the course of transport. This part is currently is out of stock now, unfortunately. We have another brand available with part number GPD6512363. This is with rear a/c as well and an FS20 compressor type.
