Hi Jennifer, I'm glad to assist you. There are actually 3 signs your ac condenser is going bad or malfunctioning. The first is, some loud and abnormal noises coming from the unit, the second is, with significantly reduced cooling capability from the unit. And the last one is, the unit is leaking a noticeable amount of fluid past the typical amount of condensation. If you have experienced all of those, it is time to replace that part.
