So I have a 1999 Ford Ranger with over 200K miles on it. After a few times having the mechanic add freon this past summer and it keep leaking. He told me a needed a new AC Condenser.
1) They quoted me $600+ for parts and labor
2) Purchased my condenser from here at $66+shipping =$70+
3) Took it to the shop and had them install it for $151 in labor + $142 in freon
This AC blows so super cool, it's like a Freezer in my truck.
Funny thing, the same price the rep quote me on the phone, was the same price listed here online.
