Question: I have a 2002 Chrysler Voyager 3.3 and need a new belt tensioner.  Does the pulley have a lip/ridge on the outside diameter of the pulley to keep the serpentine belt from slipping off?  This is a known problem from Chrysler.Michael R. / Feb 23, 2021
Hi Michael, This item does not have a lip/ridge on the outside diameter.

No this tensioner is smooth all the way across sounds like you have a bent pulley or something not lining up right
