Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, this item does not come with main installation/mounting hardware (bolts, nuts...etc). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. But the image we show is application specific, that is the whole part you will be receiving. The round pulley tensioner is assemble as one whole assembly already.
