Hi Trish, I'm pleased to assist you. I'm a bit confused about your question. Are you asking if this clock spring will fix the horn? No, the airbag clockspring does not fix the horn. The clock spring is a component that allows the steering wheel to rotate while still maintaining electrical connections to the airbag, horn, and other steering wheel-mounted controls. If the clock spring fails, the airbag may not deploy in the event of a collision, the horn may not work, or the steering wheel-mounted controls may not function properly.
