I almost only gave a 4 star because whomever packs for shipping, needs to understand that sharp things will poke holes in the box and damage the item. I had to send a radiator back because a couple of the intakes got broken off BUT, customer service was 100% on it and they got another out to me promptly. It was packaged a bit differently and survived. Hopefully that is a long-term correction - it will save the company money and clients angst in the future. Otherwise on this particular intake valve - came very quickly, in great shape. Very fair pricing and great customer servivce, I recommend..
