The air intake hose is designed to last long still even though it is exposed to the heat elements inside the engine bay of your car. It is with equal or exceeds the quality of the factory original part.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Sep 21My auto experienced the code light and would occasionally die at stop lights. The crack in the flexible part was giving the computer improper air flow information. The replacement part was a perfect fit and fixed the problem.
