Depending on engine size. I have the 3.5 6 cylinder. I do believe the diameter is the same for all engine models. But best measure first.

Hi John, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is incompatible. Upon checking, we do not carry a direct-fit air intake hose for the 2015 Nissan Altima 4-cylinder engine.
