I like how quick they got to me but one of the air shocks was bad and I end up having to order another one and did not get reimbursed.

We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience. I processed the Return Merchandise Authorization for one (1) of the air springs that was bad. The return instruction and shipping label was sent to dgardner7336@icloud.com.
Once the warehouse received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours, but posting will still depends with the bank.
