Hi Ernst, I'm pleased to assist you. A faulty transmission range switch, valve body, faulty overdrive brake, or faulty ECM are all possible causes of no overdrive. A scanner should be used to read fault codes and statuses. We suggest having the vehicle checked by a certified mechanic for a real-time diagnosis to determine what part needs replacement.
