Yes, it helped but there are valves behind the the solenoid that sometimes they get dirty & so they need to come out cleaned & then reinstalled but I would change the fluid because I’m sure it’s dirty. So I did all that & the transmission worked fine after that. So good luck & I hope that it works for you as it did me...
