Question: I have 2004 f150 5.4L 4wd and I lost reverse somehow, will this solenoid fix it?Donna L. / Oct 23, 2023
Hi Donna, I'm glad to assist you. It could be one of the causes of the reverse function of your shifter not working, but not necessarily the sole cause. The other causes are dirty or low transmission fluid, a faulty transmission valve body, a bad transmission control module, or transmission linkage issues. For best results, we recommend you have your vehicle checked by a certified mechanic before buying a part. I hope this helps.
