Unfortunately on my vehicle it wasn’t necessarily a direct fit but it wasn’t a product issue it was an issue with the production model of my vehicle. But with a few hand made adjustments everything fit perfectly.

As per checking, this is not compatible with your given vehicle application. Going through the selection of the Year, make, model and engine size. There is no 5.7L for the 2003 Ford F250, the closest is a 5.4 liter engine. You have not mentioned also if you have a 2WD or a 4WD since that is important on the fitment.
