The first battery came in damaged from FedEx but it wasn't long before <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> shipped me a replacement at no charge. Every person I wound up talking with seemed to be knowledgeable and helped me with the issue I had.

Question: Is this battery a drop right-in, connect and go? Or is it one of those that must be installed by a certified mechanic and has to be tuned up or programed ?
