The blower motor is exactly behind the glove box compartment.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Oct 09On a 2002 Dodge Caravan it is located behind the glove compartment tray. The glove compartment tray can be opened by opening the glove box and depressing the two plastic clips on either side of the the tray with no tools required.
