HI Ben, The blower motor resistor on a 2018 Ram 1500 Express V6 is typically located under the passenger side dashboard, near the blower motor. It may be mounted on the heater duct or held in place by a bracket. To access it, you may need to remove some panels or covers from under the dash.

It has a 4-pin prong terminal connector. It controls the A/C unit without automatic temperature control. I checked the other brands, and there is no info on whether it is a four or 7-speed type.
