Louder than OEMBlower Motor

Replaced a failed blower in my 2009 Honda Fit with it. It worked in that it blew air, but it had a noticeable whine so I ended up returning it and getting a used OEM blower instead (which was much quieter). Sounded fine without the cabin air filter in, so it seems that the motor might be weaker than OEM and can’t handle pressure as well.
