Works, would be 5 stars if the unit was a bit quieter. I replaced my old noisy blower motor for a new one that's only half as noisy.

I ordered this for a 2011 Toyota Sienna SE. The part arrived within 5 days of placing the order, and was packed well enough it wasn’t damaged in shipping. The install was easy: just 3 screws and a power connection to remove the old blower. The new fan was a solid fit. It didn’t come screws so I re-used the old ones. After installing the fan, it works fine. No more loud buzzing and vibration. There is a faint but noticeable whine, but other reviews I’ve read mention this will go away. I’m sure with 3 screaming kids in the van I wont even notice it.

Quality Part- great service. I have put in a request for a return due to acorns being the issue in the vehicle and once they were cleaned out we didn't need the part. But we order from them all the time and would recommend them.
