Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Aug 23Old bolts and nuts are to be re-used. My truck has lived in Florida for it's 21 years, and rust was not an issue, however heat with a propane torch is necessary to break loose the factory thread lock. Take all safety precautions when torching your bolts !! Thread lock is specified for reassembly. If you need new hardware, the size and thread pitch were noted in a previous q&a.
