Hi Joel, Magnifying or blowing up the image, there are holes on the edges of the side of the bumper cover. It is not clear if it is for the bumper's mounting hole or a mudflap hole provision. Please refer to a vehicle specific repair service manual to see the install procedure and be guided accordingly.
