Found the part, price was very good, it was here in less ten a week. It is now painted and clear coated, just waiting for some nice weather to put it on the car. My last concern is that all the holes line up :)

This item does not have a provision for the side marker lights. The vehicle where this part fits has the side marker beside the headlight, which is above this bumper cover.
