Overall, I'm pleased with my recent purchase. The CarParts website and purchasing process is seamless. Quality and fit of the part I ordered is excellent.
That said, the shipping process could use some work. I received too many confusing email and text nags about when my order would arrive. In the end, my order arrived a day earlier than I expected. Sounds great, right? But I wasn't home when the order arrived. I had to drag the large box to a safe place in the pouring rain.

Hi Alan,
Yes it is folded. Folding bumper is a common practice in the industry. We do this to reduce shipping cost and pass those savings to our customers. You will also receive it faster as it does not have to be shipped via freight. These bumper covers are made of shape memory plastic and will eventually go back to it's original shape after you put it under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over heat and melt the material).
