Any clips are integral to the bumper assembly. I honestly don’t recall if I had to transfer any structural items from the old bumper do the new. The fog lamps for sure. That said, BE AWARE there is a slender middle piece that wraps around the entire front and sides and needs to be ordered separately. This is what attaches the bumper to the grill and anchors everything to the frame. We did not realize that and ended up using a series of black UV-resistant zip ties to “hang” the bumper from the grille. Not perfect, but we did it symmetrically and trimmed the ends of the zip ties neatly, so it’s hard to notice unless you get real close. Good luck!
