I’ve gotten this bumper back in 2020, it did come primed and it fit perfectly on my 2007 bmw 328xi. However, getting it on was no easy task. Hope this helps

This one fit my 08 BMW 328xi. Had a bit of difficulty switching over the existing parts because not all of the slots and inserts lined up but was able to get them installed.
