Hi Darrell, The bumper comes primed (ready to be painted). We do not offer painted body parts. You may give the paint code to your trusted and certified local autobody paint shop to have the part painted so they can match the color of the vehicle.

If you know your paint code, you can apply your paint. The bumper is already primed and ready. Make sure you clean it prior to painting. Not sure what you are asking. I don't thing the supplier will paint it for you. You can have a local body shop do it. But, I used the internet and ordered spray cans of paint using my cars paint code, and painted it myself.

Hi Doug, This is shipped folded. Folding bumper is a common practice in the industry. We do this to reduce shipping cost and pass those savings to our customers. You will also receive it faster as it does not have to be shipped via freight. These bumper covers are made of shape memory plastic and will eventually go back to it's original shape after you put it under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over heat and melt the material).
