Hi Stephanie, The exact temperature is not noted. Still, this is shipped folded. Folding bumper is a common practice in the industry. We do this to reduce shipping cost and pass those savings to our customers. You will also receive it faster as it does not have to be shipped via freight. These bumper covers are made of shape memory plastic and will eventually go back to it's original shape after you put it under the sun for at least 2 hours. If there is no sun, you can apply heat on the affected area with a heat gun (just make sure not to over heat and melt the material). I unfolded this in the shade of my garage, and was shocked that the crease was nearly invisible by the time I got the headlights in. Without any treatment, the bumper looked perfect after installing in the sun. I did nothing and would never know where the crease was originally. Very pleased.

Ours came in one whole piece. We ordered in the warm weather so I really cannot answer your question. We installed it when we got it!

Hi, This bumper will not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Mine came with 4 sliding clips used 2 on each side to slide into the side fender. It did not come with all the clips for the screws to mount fog lights and other screwed in areas like the under mount frame bars or the wheel well.
