This part replaces your damaged bumper cover. This is not a bra, it is the bumper that you see from the outside, the big "plastic" part. Check YouTube for videos to install. Reuse the screws from your old bumper cover. You will have to paint it and clear coat it to match your van color.

No, This is a Replacement bumper cover that replaces your damaged part. This part covers the steel bumper reinforcement inside which is the actual bumper. This is the same part that you see on a car.
