As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

If you are refering to the "plugs" that clip on and connect the bumper to the body, no. you will have to buy then separately.

We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
This is the one with fog light hole provision.
