Doesn’t come with the clips. I bought some from Amazon. I recommend getting a clip removal tool also. It really helps.

This does have push in clips all the way around but there are screws in the outside edges and in the middle that you have to get to from the bottom.

There are some good YouTube videos showing how to do it. I recommend taking off the whole bumper unless you have a lift. It took me about 1.5hrs to complete. I also suggest getting some replacement body clips from Amazon because you will break some during removal. Overall it is not a hard or complicated job. It looks intimating but you can do it.
