Hi Edgar,
The mounting holes would not match for the bumper cover because of the difference in the bumper shape and design in those years the car model upgraded the overall design. It may work with some modification to be done and it is also best to consult your trusted local dealership or automotive shop for this.

Yes you can fit it. You just need the 2009+ bumper grill and you can use this bumper.
