It fit on my 2014 LX ok. I had to also get fog light brackets and a fog light kit because my car did not have OEM fog lights.

This is designed to fit the EX, EX_L and Touring Honda Civic 2012 to 2014. The mounting bolts might be different and you have to do modification to make it fit. You can actually call a dealership to consult about this so they can give you additional information on how to make it fit to your submodel type and existing main upper bumper cover.

Yes, this will have the same bolt pattern as the ones used for the LX models, with the exception of the cut-outs for the fog lights.
