Yes, it replaces the damaged bumper. You have to remove the old one to be able to install this new bumper.

The technology package is with Intelligent Cruise Control, adaptive front lighting, and preview braking. It requires the Navigation Package. No it dont come with snaps but you can order a whole kit off amazon with multiple sizes and tools to compatible with your vehicle/parts,or use the old ones if possible
