Folding our bumper covers allows us to help our customers enjoy savings on shipping costs. Since they’re made of shape-memory plastic, they will unfold into their proper shape once they are warmed up properly. Answered by Aldrin P. / Wed, Jan 19It came folded in a large box. The first one was broken upon delivery. Car parts sent me a new right away. The second one was also folded but not broke. Had to wait for it to unfold befor painting etc.
