No, this is actually the bumper. This replaces the bumper of the Nissan Rogue.

Answered by Arnel E. / Wed, Mar 24It is separate. This is only the plastic that covers the foam. I would also recommend getting some replacement retainer clips if you're like me and can't remove them without breaking them. Very good quality and I didn't even paint mine. Still looks normal.
