Came in folded up on the ends but reformed perfectly to its original shape when placed in the sun for a day. Looks to be good quality although I haven’t installed it yet

Hi Walter, I'm glad to assist you. No, these are not CAPA certified. The CAPA is quality inspected and certified (with a yellow sticker certification on the part). However, for the non-CAPA, (keep in mind) that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality.
