Question: Does this come with all the holes needed and screw needed to put on? Also, I need the plastic guard underneath that connects to this piece, mine cracked from parking and hitting the parking bumper. Then I reversed and it cracked the bumper and cracked and tore some of the plastic protector guard underneath the bumper too.Fersy / Apr 11, 2023
