Hi Abdul, I'm glad to assist you. No, the grille is not interchangeable with the XLE and XLS. They have different designs and mounting. We do not carry the main grille for your XLE model. Still, you might need other parts, such as a front brake disc and pad kit. We have a kit on sale price offer today with part number KIT1-210513-1111.
