Would have a more complete process had the assembly included the mounting bolts. Four of the six mounting bolts sheared due to corrosion. Had to “follow-up order” mounting bolts to properly complete the installation.

Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. You'll be needing both. This is the steel reinforcement, and part number RBC761501 is the plastic absorber. They are two different parts for the rear bumper. I hope this helps, and happy shopping.
