Fit could be better. Since you are replacing this because the old one is in the shape of a taco, and the frame is likely a little tweaked, holes will not line up perfectly. On the replacement, would be nice if they made the holes a little elongated so that you don’t have to drill/grind them wider. The unit itself is nearly the same as stock, maybe just a bit thinner in construction.
