The bumper reinforcement holes matched up with the factory holes and trailer hitch perfectly, however the holes in the bumper to access the bolts where a little far off and I had to open them up with a carbide bit. Since I had the tools and over 15 years of body shop experience it wasn’t a big deal, but I would imagine it might give a weekend mechanic with limited tools a little bit of trouble.
