Question: Do I need to replace the bumper brackets when I change the front bumper?Elijah G. / Oct 19, 2020
Hi Elijah, If the only damage part is the front bumper and the original bracket is intact, you will just have to replace the bumper only. The existing bracket would exactly match this new bumper since this bumper has the same specifications/dimension compared to the original front bumper. Still, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for step by step instructions. Also, it is best to consult with your trusted local automotive shop or dealership on how to install this part. I did not, my bracket was not damaged so I just needed to replace the bumper only.
