Question: 2015 nissan frontier se, I bought a chrome bumper because it has a one piece replacement, upon taking the one piece off I realized there is nowhere to mount the new bumper (upper and lower piece) is this what holds it on?jacob h. / Jan 30, 2023

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Jan 31There are different mounting brackets when switching between a chrome bumper and a plastic one. There is a video I watched that helped me. NISSAN FRONTIER BUMPER AND INSTALLATION FROM CHROME TO PLASTIC. Even though it’s the opposite of what you’re doing, it will explain the different parts in mounting the two different types of bumpers.
