These are the retainers located on the side of the bumper cover which is also called the bumper stay. You may refer to the vehicle's repair manual for diagram regarding exact location.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Wed, Nov 11yes. these retainers connect the bumper cover to the fender. Please look at the repair manual of your vehicle and use vin # to have your store order the ones for your vehicle. You will need also the proper bolts and screws.
