Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Jul 19Yes, just pop the old one off from the inside of the bumper with a hand full of clips and the new one just clips into place starting in the center and working your way out to the ends.

not sure exact dimensions due to not having vehicle accessable to measure, close estimate would be 30in long and about 6in wide
