This only fit 2010-2013 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 models without headlight washers holes.

Mine was a 2013 Mercedes sprinter 2500- I’m not sure about your 2012 - I will say if you provide them with your vin # they will help you to get the exact part . I hope this will help somehow- good luck.
