Perfect fit for my 89 caprice without the black rubber molding. Just make sure to reuse or replace the six chrome bolts on the front so it looks the same. Otherwise, it's a very easy replacement to make your car look better. It came in a big long box and was well packaged.
The first bumper i got was completely wrong, so I had to ship it back on their dime. That was kind of a pain...

Hello. This bumper is a chrome bumper that replace your old one. I suggest you take the full bumper and sub assembly off at the bumper strut/shock and then take the inside bumper sub assembly out so you can put it back into your new bumper.
It was great and fit wonderfully on my 89 caprice. Just make sure to take it off the struts with the 4 bolts on either side so it's easy to remove the guts inside the bumper.

No. This is just for the bumper. The brackets and installation hardware are not included. They are sold separately.

The bumper is only the outside shell. You will have to reuse the inner support bracket as well as the screws that hold it on. If the screws are too rusty, a hardware store will have them. I used a Milwaukee right-angle electric wrench to take them out. It's not a hard job, but you'll probably need two people.
