Our bumper arrived in great shape.. no shipping dents ... great packing. Fit and look was the same as original. We did have a problem with the shipping company on our end. Shipping company kept saying wrong address.. we felt the distance from there warehouse limited their willingness to come out to the country. We would have preferred that we would not have been told for over a week that they tired... wrong address....tomorrow was over a week late from deliver promise.

Bumper was made of lighter material than original. Left and right ends were trimmed differently making installation of molding difficult and left exposed corners on Driver's side. Chroming was fair but some holes drilled after the process were showing oxidation. If you just want a bumper-buy it. If you want quality in fit and finish, this isn't the manufacturer of parts for you.
