Answered by Andrew B. / Tue, Jun 01Yes, you only need the part that is damaged. The plastic section below the metal bumper will reform once it is bolted to the new bumper. If after you fasten to the new metal portion and plastic is still misshapen, the use of a heat gun will help bring it back to form
